Orders

Your order is confirmed when you see the order confirmation page. We may cancel an order, with a full refund of anything you paid, if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we cannot reach you to confirm a cash-on-delivery order.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED).
• Cash on delivery is available with Next Day delivery for a AED 10 fee. Express and Economy are paid by card.
• Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Products and condition

• New: brand new, in its original packaging.
• Open Box: box opened only, product never used.
• Photos show the product; colours can look slightly different on screens.

Delivery, returns and warranty

These are covered by our Shipping, Returns and Warranty pages, which form part of these terms.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
